Our key value proposition to our customers is our registry know-how, our deep understanding of the unique and inherent complexities of electronic registry form and function.

Since developing the worlds’ first fully-electronic, online register in 1996 we have designed and built over thirty different types of register, from relatively simple registers of motor vehicle traders to highly complex radio spectrum management registers.

Regardless of their sophistication, each register incorporates best-practice design and process to effectively achieve legislative compliance, reduce costs and improve client services.

Our roots are in New Zealand where we have developed and support all statutory registries for the Ministry of Economic Development, and share their pride in the country’s recurrent position at the top of the World Bank’s Doing Business Project.

The Catalyst™ Registry Manager, our dedicated registry platform incorporates much of the know-how and learning accrued in the development of the New Zealand platform, including a library of pre-configured registry templates.

We are constantly working to enhance and upgrade our products and services, exploring the latest software, internet and hardware technologies to offer new ways to harmonise legislative and registry design, deliver substantive service improvements, reduce implementation time, and simplify integration and interoperability.
