UACEL provides a range of leadership services for educational leaders and organisations both in New Zealand and overseas. All our work is informed by rigorous educational leadership research and the practical experience of our team of researchers, past principals and senior leaders. We are committed to improving student outcomes through building leadership expertise.

Courses offered include:
- Growing Great Leaders, a pragmatic research-based professional development with direct relevance to your own leadership and school development. It is based on the student-centred leadership framework and delivered over 5 sessions.

- Open-to-learning Leadership, a practical research-based two day workshop teaching participants how to tackle and progress tough issues whilst building trustful relationships.

-LITHE™ (Leaders Influencing Teachers' High Expectations) a four half-day programme based on the ground breaking research of Professor Christine Rubie-Davies and is designed to support school leaders

- Programmes of school visits and workshops led by The University of Auckland staff for overseas educators
