Very impressed with their commitment to customers. I purchased a trailer wheel clamp. Unfortunately, I forgot to unclamp it before I drove off and it just disintegrated - I never even noticed! So totally useless in preventing theft. Phil (Manager) refunded me without question as the product was obviously not fit for purpose, and guided me to a more robust trailer lock. So I totally recommend Burnsco as they stand by their products.
