At Cubicon, we pride ourselves on our fitout expertise, and ability to solve issues, thus removing the headache for our clients. Our success stems from communication and a partnership approach we adopt with the project team; client, consultant, subcontractors and other parties alike. All parties have a common goal for the project to succeed, and as contractor, we drive this process.

Cubicon’s success and reputation for quality fitouts largely stems from our uncompromising use of only top quality personnel, products, partitioners, sub contractors and suppliers.

As specialists in fitouts, our current turnover demands we employ several partitioning crews. Our Cubicon Partitioners are highly respected throughout the interiors industry for workmanship and accuracy.

We have excellent purchasing power with all major suppliers.

We believe the key to a successful project is to work as a team, so by adopting a partnering approach with all parties involved, we will work alongside these parties to establish specific and common goals, manage cost and time, and resolve issues.

Cubicon is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council. This allows us to continually increase our knowledge on Green Star initiatives thereby adding value for producing energy efficient buildings.

We employ a Health and Safety Consultant Sands Management to assist with implementation of our Health and Safety Policy and this extends to audits of our construction sites. We are a Site Safe member.
