True Pilates NZ is a boutique studio situated in quiet St Marys Bay, Auckland, operated by US-certified instructor Helen Leahy. True Pilates NZ was founded in 2007 by Helen upon returning from travel and studeis of Pilates Facilities around the world.
"It is important that clients feel a sense of relaxation when they walk in, ready to focus their mind and body", says Helen. "I wanted a private studio, not another gym."
