Main Course Company Information
General information
Our standard class format is a demonstration by the chef of approximately 45 mins to an hour, then everyone pairs up (or teams up, in work groups) to cook the menu. If there are courses, the groups stop and eat each course. Total class duration is 2.5 to 3 hours for adult classes and 2 hours for kid's classes.
