Besra is focussed on developing the Bau Gold Field in East Malaysia.
With an estimated historical production of around 3 million ounces of gold all mined at surface, Besra is looking to significantly expand its current measured, indicated and inferred resource from 3.2 million ounces to 5 million ounces and far beyond in the coming years.
We hire only the best geologists, mining engineers, and metallurgists because we know, as valuable as gold is, great people get it out of the ground. That's also why we look to engage with our local communities, not just in terms of providing employment, but supporting long term sustainable growth and development.
