General information

Although Property Ventures Real Estate Limited is an agency under the REAA 2008, we are a Real Estate Agency with a difference. We run a licensed finders service called a 1 on 1 Buyers Agency Service where we work for the Buyer, and we have other property investors whom we try and find properties for.

At the same time we run a licensed selling service part of the business where we work for the Vendor. Why do investors want us to sell their properties for them? They may want a quick sale, they may want to maximise the potential customers we have that may want to purchase their property. We have the normal market that other agencies sell to as well as having tens of thousands of investors to advertise to, that may not normally even know your property is on the market.

So a way to explain how we operate is, we are a little like a brokerage, we have buyers, we have sellers and we try and match the best buyer up to the best property, where we can.

Property Ventures also have the only weekly Property Podcast in New Zealand where we interview the 'Property Expert’. This has become an extremely popular show and is continually complimented on this remarkable free education service to the budding and experienced investors.
