The Kiwibank Facebook page is where our customers (and potential customers) can chat with us about all things Kiwibank. We can answer your questions about our products and services, and shoot the breeze about anything that’s relevant to banking, finances or being Kiwi.

Posting for Kiwibank are Tori (^ts), Innika (^iw), Foi (^fr), Anna (^ar), Mel (^mp), Zach (^zd) and Josh (^jb). We’re here to help and from 8:30am - 5:30pm weekdays and occasionally after hours and weekends too.

3 simple rules for a happy Facebook page

1. Please don’t share your personal banking information. Your privacy is important to us, so if you have questions about your specific bank accounts, please contact us via secure mail inside your internet banking or by calling us on the numbers found here: https://www.kiwibank.co.nz/about-us/contact-us/

2. Keep it clean and play nice. Facebook is a family show and we will remove swearing and offensive content.

3. Please don’t post promotions. We don’t like to play favourites, so we’ll remove any promo posts from other companies.
