The New Zealand Modern School of Music was established in 1952. Our teachers throughout New Zealand offer tuition in a wide range of instruments including piano, guitar, keyboard, woodwind, singing and many more. We offer opportunities for performance with our end of term concerts.
Theory exams are held in May and October and practical exams once a year around August.
Students are encouraged to become actively involved in all New Zealand Modern School of Music activities, however participation is entirely optional.
