Membership of Otago Southland Employers’ Association (Employers') provides you with direct access to quality-based, value-driven and timely resources – employment law, human resource and health and safety expertise, professional development training, and a wide range of specialist business information – all of which are designed to help you build on your own organisational success.

Our vision is to build successful businesses in Otago and Southland.

Our aim is to provide our 1,400 plus member organisations with
■ The very best of highly personal local support, training and events for enterprise and networking
■ Easy access to regional and national initiatives, lobbying, representation and resources that help build enterprise capability and success.

Employers' is a founding member of Business New Zealand, New Zealand's largest and most influential voice for businesses and employers.

In addition, we manage and deliver training programmes on behalf of Export New Zealand in Otago and Southland and act as the Otago and Central Otago agent for Business Mentors New Zealand.

While our "1890 legacy" continues to underpin what we do, we have developed, and will further develop to maintain our premier business partner position in the region.
