Our Research and Design Department uses the latest technology – 3D Modelling and CNC Operated Machine Tools, both for prototyping, and in the manufacturing process.

Our manufacturing personnel are a dedicated and hard-working team of highly-skilled engineering specialists. They are extensively trained to operate the sophisticated equipment used to achieve ourexacting standards.

We utilize qualified support processes, and source the highest grade materials and components from multinational suppliers. This disciplined dedication to excellence and our continuing research for improvement, ensures that all our manufacturing is of the finest quality.

At UMC we rigorously trial all new models in the real-life environment of a fence manufacturing plant before they are released into our product range.

We also offer consultancy on the design and equipment required to establish fabricated fencing plants, as well as professional machine recommissioning, upgrading of machinery, and the manufacturer of specialized parts.
