General information

I offer a range of treatments that can help to eliminate painful ailments such as back and neck pain, headaches, muscle tension and sore joints as well as occupational overuse.

I also use effective relaxation techniques to manage your stress to help you overcome your fears and anxieties. Imagine feeling empowered to achieve your personal best and feel like you are more in control of your life.

For the past 13 years my clients have benefitted from the treatments I offer, including such modalities as neuromuscular therapy, therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and Quantum Touch®. I also offer massage during pregnancy.

I take pride in operating a professional health clinic from a studio at my home in One Tree Hill.
