General information

Essentially, everything is medicine. Whatever we surround ourselves with, or whatever we consume, that alters us. Therapies, supplements, meds, books, films, conversations, plants, people... It all feeds us and we move more into equilibrium and resonance with the Whole (nature, cosmos, etc), or we move in the opposite direction.

The healing space I facilitate provides a safe and supportive atmosphere where our bodies settle into a more integrated and optimal state. This happens simply by being in the room.

Then we can contribute a variety of therapies to enhance this natural proclivity of our body's continual attempt at being as healthy as we can be.

The therapies on offer are:

* Qigong.

Even the conversation we have is therapeutic.

But, you know. You need to experience it to really begin to understand how magical and sublime it is. If I had my own trumpet, I'd also toot it. Because, you know. I'm good at what I do.
