Support Crew

General information

The inspiration for developing Support Crew came from Co-founder Kelly's journey with her partner Randal and his diagnosis of colorectal cancer with metastasis in his liver nearly 2 years ago.

Kelly realised that more and more people were finding themselves in situations where they needed a hand from those around them - whether due to a personal, health or life event such as cancer, an accident, or a new baby.

What also became clear, is that when dealing with a life event, we struggle to ask for help and it's difficult for those who want to help, to know how.

What can end up happening is people don't get the help they really need and continue to feel overwhelmed and stressed, and people who don't know how to help can feel guilty and helpless.

So, Kelly and Janine developed Support Crew, a free online support platform that makes it easy to ask for a hand from others and easy to know how to give a hand.

With Support Crew, you can create a personal, private Support Page to easily co-ordinate the meals, transport, childcare or whatever other help in needed for yourself or someone you know.

More than that, it's the one place you can easily share updates, and receive love and support.
